Team Lead-Regional Infrastructure Operations
Current• Co-ordinate team to effectively carry out survey, design, roll-out/expansion and implementation of Fiber To The Home infrastructure across the region • Effectively manage and supervise contractors inline with project management scope with the aim of timely project delivery • Ensure optimal operation of all base stations in the region to achieve 99.9% availability for core network devices • Work with internal partners to plan for network expansion • Plan, Install and integrate RF and fiber back-haul circuits for PoPs in the region • Maintain RF and Fiber back-haul circuits between PoPs and ensure 99.9% availability • Ensure 99.9% up-time on all active and core devices for customer satisfaction. • Apply systematic processes in identifying root causes of problems with the aim of proffering permanent solution within timeline • Providing end-to-end oversight in the overall functioning of the activities within the regional Infrastructure which assures sustenance of the entire regional business • Ensure all platform are in compliance with NCC operating license regulation to avoid frequency infringement. • Participate in budget discussion and analysis pertaining infrastructure operations in the region • Co-ordinate frequency allocation and submission of compliance data to NCC across all regions nationwide. • Prepare letters for right of way for submission to concerned ministries (Federal & State Government).
