 Directly oversee all the activities and services provided by all service providers across all the various departments of the organization. Develop and execute an implementation plan to assess, prioritize, and execute the most critical gaps. Collaborate with key stakeholders in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective administration of building/equipment operations. Review, evaluate, and assess operational gaps develop policies, and make recommendations on solutions and execution of same. This should be done in collaboration with the Managing director and all stakeholders. Collaborate with the Sales team on short-term plans required to impact the Company’s financial position immediately. Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a fit-for-purpose strategy to deliver on service level.  Establish service provider and vendor performance tracking protocols, and share tracked performance with Management. Ensure that the Service Levels are consistent as measured by the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) stipulated in the contract may vary from time to time.

Get the report from the rider relationship associates and develop plans on how to address them. ● Identify the performing riders, cultivate relationships with them for them to sustain their performance. ● Promote high performance among the Rider Relationship Associates. ● Resolve complaints quickly and effectively. ● Manage performance. ● Lead and motivate the team.● Come up with strategies to improve the performance of the riders and the team as a whole.
