This is my current position in the Development Office of St Joseph the Worker Catholic Parish in Kangemi. My main tasks include, but not limited to: Taking the lead in identifying funding opportunities, listing them and sharing the information with the Director of Development Programmes; Developing a fund generation and resource mobilization workplan and constantly follow-up the implementation of the plan .This involves designing and writing materials for communications with different prospective donors and agencies; Monitoring donor reporting and grant expenditure deadlines; coordinate with Programme Officers and the Director in responding to these deadlines while facilitating and participating in the preparation of quality financial and narrative reports to donors.

Empowering individuals, families and communities working towards an HIV and AIDS-free society and fullness of life.Educating the youth in proper moral conduct, and supporting the church in living fully the long term kairos which is AIDS

Duties included, among others:• Integrity of all data collected for both customized and branded quantitative and qualitative studies• Development and rigorous application of quality checks throughout a project’s fieldwork stage.• Management of Field expenditures- responsible for the strict observance of all required administrative and financial controls.• Managing all the detailed logistics, staffing and other project fieldwork requirements
