Ottiwa Farms is a company that produces quality cashew seeds from awesome species, led by me as the CEO. I have a B.Sc in Social Work from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where I learned how to apply social and behavioral sciences to address social problems and improve the well-being of individuals and communities.In my role, I oversee the operations, finances, and strategy of the company, and lead a team of dedicated and passionate farmers who share my vision and values. I also develop and execute marketing campaigns and growth initiatives that increase our customer base and revenue, using my skills in digital marketing, branding, and analytics. For example, we recently launched a successful online store that boosted our sales by 35% in the last quarter. I am always open to new ideas and opportunities that can improve my life and the lives of others, and I strive to foster a positive and inclusive culture at Ottiwa Farms, where we value diversity, collaboration, and customer service.
