Accomplishments include consistently increasing year over year giving towards annual goal of $2 million. Since her tenure with UNCF she has raised more than $20 million in support of its 37 member institutions and scholarship to more than 60,000 students across the country. Launched two successful leadership campaigns in Houston and San Antonio with Governor Rick Perry and Mayors of both cities. Secured and generated $7 million from two national accounts.

Secured significant sponsorships and funding for several campaigns including the Heart Walk, Heart Ball, Go Red for Women and Health Initiative Programs. Accomplishments include raising more than $5 million which generated a 12.5% increase over the previous years.

Responsible for all fundraising activities for the organization. Increased individual and corporate support by 10%; secured a first-time $100,000 sponsor for company to perform in Bermuda for the annual Dance Festival. Worked with founder to improve office efficiency by working with a consultant to network computers and create a website.
