• Staff Supervision: Provides direct supervision to assigned staff and engages, motivates and inspires them to achieve desired results. •Conduct job development meeting sessions with participants that have barriers to employment - meetings include resume building, practice networking skills, interview practice, developing cover letters and thank you notes, employer contact via phone or in person•Develop relationships with employers in the community in order to assist individuals in finding valuable employment•Maintain ongoing relationship with business partners•Document and communicate all employment and support service activity with all concerned parties•Maintain complete and accurate documentation of participant files by following established procedures, guidelines and timelines
