An experienced Transformation, Change and Operational Excellence professional with both consulting and operations management experience across Financial Services, Public Sector, Energy and Utilities and Higher Education. As a Business Operations Manager I gained experience in day to day management of teams and a large P&L in client facing environments before moving into Consultancy where I have worked with with a number of large, multinational companies across diverse areas including strategy, operations and commercial areas.I have a proven track record in delivering transformation and improvement projects, process improvement, IT implementations with quality, cost and delivery benefits using strong project management, business acumen, innovative thinking and Lean/Operational Excellence tools, and sustaining these by transferring capability to employees and stakeholders through coaching and training. I’m an accomplished problem solving facilitator, project manager and coach and I believe in engaging employees and stakeholders to create a culture for change and improvement. I’m motivated by opportunities to learn about new businesses, processes and people and love broadening my knowledge of businesses and industries through working on different projects. This passion for lifelong learning led me to reading for an MBA in 2011 to compliment my Bachelor’s degree completed in 2006.
