• Assessing loan/mortgage application within guidelines and responsible lending parameters.• Liaising with mortgage brokers and customers to facilitate timely, sensible and effective decision making, managing the loan application to ensure timely approval and settlement whilst keeping the mortgage brokers and customers informed of the status of their application.• Developing and maintaining excellent working relationship with internal/external customers and third party suppliers.• Maximising business growth opportunities by providing quality consumer lending solutions to mortgage brokers and customers.• Maintain a high level knowledge of St George lending policy with high focus of customer service and a genuine caring attitude. • Meeting productivity and service standard of the organisation.• Working hand in hand with management and team leaders to achieve the company’s goal.

• Implementing OH&S procedures, Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment and process improvements in line with goals, objectives and cost measures.• Effectively and constantly communicating with customers to update them of the progress and how the consignments are tracking with an estimated time of arrival.• Managing staff to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of the company's fleet with a Positive attitude, hands on at all time, open and engaging leadership style.• Motivating the staff to achieve targets/standards in cost, quality, and delivery deadlines also whilst thinking strategically with a big picture in mind on how I could attract more customers and improve service.• Exceptional attention to details, keeping good records of the company’s book, following up with creditors and sending out letters to creditors when necessary.• Developing Marketing, Strategic and business Plan to help the company achieve their goals in a timely manner.

• Undertaking face to face interview at the convenient of my clients, in the comfort of their home after work hours and place of work or over a cup of coffee.• Lending approval target of $3 million a week and funding target of $1.5 million a week to meet my quarterly funding target of $19.5 million.• Deliver and conduct effective Sales meetings in accordance with our Sales and Service standards.• Undertaking home loan interviews and providing the best options for individual client needs.• Auditing new and existing home loan files lodged by some of the new lenders. • Developing and building a lead network by promoting the Bank through the local community and contributing to the local marketing and promotional activities by involving Branches and reviewing the outcomes • Ensuring audit and security checks are undertaken in a diligent manner • Providing input to the development of the Area Office operational plan • Building & Maintaining relationships between referral partners.
