Educate, debug and help Replo customers - the goal is to educate and empower Replo customers to help themselves and find success with our app.- Reacting quickly to fix customers' issues while using Replo; issues can range from CSS conflicts, browser compatibility, Javascript not triggering, or Liquid code not working- Being proactive about potential customer blockers that could lead them to churn- Detailed investigation of bugs and issues and escalating to the engineering team- Writing post mortems, internal docs and gurus on the issues encountered for team knowledge- Writing external docs and product documentation for customers- The first technical support engineer hired at Replo contributed to overall support quality and team growth, setting procedures and work processes for new hires- Onboarding and training new support hires- Educating customers on how to use the product, utilising loom videos and live chat to educate customers on how to build landing pages with Replo- Working with tools like Linear, Notion, Retool, Django, and Nolt for internal operations.
