Responsible for growth of field based sales for Industrial Magnetics Inc. for United States, Canada, & Mexico via a team of Regional Managers. Additionally, continue to have regional responsibility for the Great Lakes and New England states - all sales through all channels (representative, distributors, OEM, & direct).

Manage 15 state region plus for direct sales, as well as, channel sales management and growth. Channels include direct OEM accounts, distributors, and manufacturers representatives. Responsible for overseeing & managing the entire sales cycle, developing plan for annual growth in gross dollars sales, training and supporting distributors and reps on new & existing products and promotions.
