Collogh Cares is a digital health technology and advocacy start-up, committed to preventing kidney failure one family at a time. In my role as CEO, I am responsible for fundraising (currently ongoing seed round), overseeing product development, and lobbying for increased support for CKD research and care.

Maison Leporem started as a custom suit service in 2016, with a core philosophy that "every man can and should look dashing in a suit". It has quickly grown to a full service formal menswear boutique, offering suits, shirts, and accessories, all custom-made in Europe. Operating out of an old, charming showroom in the heart of downtown Montreal, it is now the city's top destination for young professionals in need of garments & accessories befitting of their aspirations.I founded Maison Leporem at the behest of my MBA classmates, who felt they could benefit from my lifelong passion & expertise in men's fashion, as they transitioned into upper management positions. Since starting the brand from my 1-bedroom apartment, the challenges, triumphs and tribulations have reaffirmed my passion for entrepreneurship, and enabled me to grow tremendously as a businessperson and a self-starter.

- Performed a thorough review of the GDF's global diagnostics reach - i.e. countries that the organization procured TB diagnostic tools, equipment and technical assistance to. - Identified innovative strategies for the organization to significantly increase its impact in low-middle income countries in a cost-efficient manner.- Performed a review of the organization's online ordering system for diagnostics, and made recommendations for streamlining ordering process.

Participated in multiple research projects, with a focus on improving access to new WHO-endorsed tuberculosis diagnostics in low/middle income countries. Including a joint McGill University and Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) pilot project to test an External Quality Assessment program for private laboratories in the Initiative for Promoting Affordable & Quality TB Tests (IPAQT) consortium in India.

- Worked with the National Director for Community Health and Wellness to craft a new 5-year vision and strategy plan for CRC's health programming across Canada. - Developed a business case for the pilot of a Vulnerable Persons Registry.
