Developed key performance indicators and promoted a metrics driven approach to evaluating financial and operational performance. Led ERP system upgrades and implementations and instituted process changes that increased efficiencies and strengthened internal controls.▪ Assumed responsibility for Risk Management department and implemented changes which led to $10 million in subsequent savings from lower workers’ compensation, auto and general liability claims.▪ Redesigned the process for collecting billing and payroll hours which generated $3 million in annualized incremental EBITDA.▪ Restructured company’s 2,500 fleet vehicle program and decreased exposure to permissive use auto liability.▪ Led financial diligence for a large acquisition in Australia and led subsequent financial integration.▪ Developed and maintained lender relationships and managed related financial transactions.
