Administrator of multiple environmental engineering/consulting divisions including stack testing, auditing, and environmental services. Direct reports included managers of each respective divistion. Technical Director of an accredited laboratory with the State of Louisiana and is able to conduct emission testing required by State regulations.

Manage environmental compliance for a chemical manufacturing facility including a Title V Air Permit, LPDES Water Permit, and Louisiana Solid Waste Permit. In addition, ensure compliance with SARA 311/312/313, RCRA, ODS, LDAR and SPC/SWPP/SPCC regulations. Maintain all site environmental policies, procedures, and plans. Provide training to stakeholders regarding environmental compliance. Manage environmental budget and environmental contractors/consultants for the plant. Supervise an Environmental Technician as a direct report. Maintain a positive presence for environmental support by diligently tending to employee and contractor questions and/or concerns. Provide regulatory applicability and interpretation to the site as needed. Serve as liaison between the site and environmental entities such as LDEQ, EPA, and LSP during routine or non-routine events. Act as the facility Public Information Officer when the Emergency Operations Center is activated. Participate in site Safety activities such as Safety Sampling, ORIs, and PSSRs.

Perform all aspects of Environmental Health and Safety consulting for various industries including oil and gas, construction, chemical, nuclear, energy, and hazardous waste. Tasks include auditing systems and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Items audited include: (OSHA) walking/working surfaces, powered platforms, hazardous material, process safety, personal protection, confined spaces, lockout/tagout, medical first-aid, fire protection, compressed gases, materials handling, machine guarding, handheld tools, welding/cutting/brazing, electrical, hazard communication, (EPA & State) Air, water, waste, oil management, tank management, PCB management, community right-to–know, hazardous material transportation, asbestos abatement, and management systems. Provide on-site health and safety services for numerous projects. Provide environmental support as project manager for numerous clients. Support includes RECAP investigations, and compliance/reporting for Title V Air Permit, RCRA Permit, NPDES Permit, SWPPP Compliance, SPCC Compliance, PSM/RMP Compliance, and EPCRA (Tier II) Compliance. Establish a working relationship with clients to ensure service satisfaction and future business.

Oversee all LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) operations and employees for three sites located in Louisiana. Establish and implement documentation and monitoring runs for fugitive emissions testing. Research process equipment and lines for VOC content for applicable environmental regulations. Maintain and calibrate all testing equipment and manage leaking components in compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations. Establish a working relationship with clients to ensure service satisfaction and future business. Acquire knowledge on a continuous basis in order to aid in the progression of the company.

Test air emissions as a third party company to ensure environmental compliance using the Code of Federal Regulations (Volume 40, Part 60, 63, and 75). Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot all stack testing equipment including monitors. Supervise and train Environmental Scientist I, II, and III. Establish a working relationship with clients to ensure service satisfaction and future business. Successfully completed over two hundred projects and supervised over fifty projects at chemical, nuclear, energy, and refinery plants around the country.
