Currently working as a Hardscape Foreman for the past 3 Years, working on various projects from custom paver patios, staircases, outdoor kitchen areas, gazebo's, paver driveways, ledge walls, boulder walls, water features. Over the years I've been in various leadership roles starting from the time I graduated high school. When I was in charge of a detail department at a car dealership where I later worked myself into a Sales Representive role and at the same dealership and being in that position for over a year I got a great opportunity to move from Northern Michigan to Southern Michigan to work for my current employer where I've been able to grow as a person and be a person and a leader to a company where I can me a mentor, a lead by example when it comes to my professional attitude, work ethic, being a team leader, showing the importance of showing up everyday on time, and taking pride in being time on task oriented and making sure everyday me and my team are working towards a common goal. In my Junior year of high school I decided to spend my second half of my days at a career tech center where I pursued welding, where later on I got a full ride from Baker College to continue welding. By my senior year I was taking high school classes in the morning, I was at the tech center in the afternoon, and after school I was managing playing 3 sports, all while taking online college classes and after I graduated high school I continued with college classes while working a full time job and doing multiple internships on the side. being currently 26 years old, I feel like in a short time I have put myself in various situations where it has tested my multi-tasking skills, my work ethic, and my ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
