I consider myself to be a proactive, hard-working and dependable individual with extensive experience in dealing with the public. Having been self-employed for over ten years and also have wide experience as part of a team,I am a student member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI). I have also represented Dundalk Institute of Technology, having being selected as part of a four person team, for the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Student Challenge at Croke Park in November 2018, of which I am also a student member.I have a proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. During this time, I have also gained considerable experience in managing a team of employees in-house and coordinating external design teams on larger projects. Based on the experience gained in self-employment, I have developed mutually beneficial relationships and contacts throughout the business and construction sector in the North-East area. This has taught me the value of friendliness, efficiency and providing professional customer service. I consider myself to have good communication and presentation skills underpinned by an enthusiastic, competent approach.
