Providing assessment and analysis of the client work program and assist in rationalizing this programme to best utilise WDS existing resources;Recognition of additional resources that are needed to accomplish the agreed programme of works;Ensuring that WDS procedures are adhered to and periodically reviewed to ensure that procedures conform to the current needs off the company;Assessing the output of the design sub contractor to ensure that the drawings are consistent and the Bill Of Materials allow for all items to be incorporated into the works. Where inconsistencies occur, Im responsible for the issue of non-conformance reports and for ensuring that corrective actions are taken that allow the work to proceed with no or minimal delay;Ensuring the documentation drawings and data held on site are of current revision and shall maintain records so as to demonstrate this currency as may be required;Oversight the work of the QA Officers and ensure the ongoing maintenance of QA Records so as to conform to WDS's commitment to Quality and Conformance to the clients requirements from WDS to provide Field Inspection Checklists (FIC) packages at completion of construction on each project;Oversight of Plant and Equipment maintenance and repair records to ensure that all items of plant and equipment are reliable and available for work;Reconciling technical problems with construction crews;Ensuring that materials to be provided by the client or WDS are requisitioned and purchased so as to ensure adequate supply on site to facilitate construction needs;Ensuring that the requirements for the utilisation of sub contractor sevices are recorded and are used economically;Monitoring the activities of the store section and ensuring that there is adequate level off materials to support WDS's Activities;Ensuring that daily progress reports are consolidated and disturbed as required;This Role is Site Based and the Roster is 21/7 Fly in Fly Out Arrangement.
