• Prepare and review periodic consolidated financial reports for the holding and the subsidiaries companies.• Prepare the annual report and handle the annual audit of the group companies.• Review PRC subsidiary monthly financial reports.• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements of the group companies eg. Statutorily filing, preparation of announcements, circulars, annual reports, organizing meetings for Board of Directors and AGM.• Setting up new companies in BVI and Hong Kong.• Enhance the corporate governance practices of the company.• Setting up new accounting procedures and control for new business unit of the group.• Report directly to the Board of Directors.• Liaise and maintenance good relationship with HK stock exchange, external auditors, lawyer and shares transfer agent.

•Responsible for all finance and accounting function of the company.•Responsible for company secretary duties.

•Lead and supervise the accounting team in PRC (North-East PRC) and review PRC companies financial reports and prepare quarterly and full year consolidated financial statements and reports, ie. 10Q/K reports.•Gathering data and research information to draft the Management Discussion and Analysis of the group financial position in the quarter and annual report.•Maintain good investor relationship including communicate with investors face to face in difference investment conferences in US, PRC and HK; reply queries from investors over e-mail; prepare and update company power point presentation.•Maintain full set of books and record, annual audit, secretarial and administration matters of the Group’s companies in Hong Kong and BVI.•Assisting the CEO in drafting future business plan, prepare profit forecasting, providing key financial ratio on making management decisions and other ad hoc projects.•Review and provide comments to all contacts signed by the company with third parties outside PRC.•Ensure the Group compliance to NYSE listing rules on corporate governing, internal control and US GAAP in financial reporting and prepare company press announcements periodically.•Arrange and prepare for the Company’s AGM and periodic board of directors meetings. Drafting agenda and minutes for the meetings.•Maintain good corporate governance and frequently communicate with group INEDs.•Arrange factory site visit for investors and financial analysts.•Liaise and maintenance good relationship with NY stock exchange, external auditors, company attorney, financial analysts, investors and other professional parties.

•Preform financial and management analysis on Hong Kong listed companies and PRC projects and present to investors in HK, UAE and Kuwait for investment purposes.•Provide opinions to clients in IPO and other corporate financial activities.•Being representative officer (RO) of the company in dealing with securities and future.

•Lead the PRC accounting team and prepare quarterly and full year consolidated financial statements and reports compliance to Listing Rule and SFO.•Gathering data and research information to draft the Management Discussion and Analysis of the group financial position in the quarter and annual report.•Provide sound and creative financial advices on corporate finance activities in Hong Kong.•Maintain full set of books and record, secretarial and administration matters of the Group’s companies in Hong Kong and BVI.•Arrange and prepare for the Company’s AGM and periodic board of directors meetings.
