Created new Web pages featuring patient stories, videos, new treatment programs and patient services. Edited recipes and other nutrition content, and conducted usability testing for Dana-Farber’s nutrition app.Set up and managed Dana-Farber’s private and national communities on CancerConnect, a leading social media site created for cancer patients to connect with other cancer patients for support and information about their disease.

Managed and wrote all updates to the trading section of OnLine Reference, a Fidelity Investments policies and procedures intranet used by thousands of financial representatives. Worked with design and marketing teams to communicate complex procedures and sensitive information in easy-to-comprehend language. Managed an online phone book tool providing representatives with phone numbers, addresses, and descriptions of more than 200 Fidelity groups and departments. Managed an online investor center map tool providing geographic listings and details of Fidelity investor centers across the country. Created a new intranet category to document Fidelity’s mobile product offerings, including mobile check deposit, trading, money movement and bill pay.

Wrote and published articles for NewsLine, Fidelity’s daily online news service providing critical business information to thousands of financial representatives. Worked with marketing directors and vice presidents to develop categories of content in PageOne, a Fidelity intranet delivering financial product information, advertising-campaign details, and other business-critical information to financial representatives. Wrote urgent news flash alerts and sent these instant communications to representatives’ desktops. Wrote memos for Fidelity senior executives to communicate department reorganizations, initiative kick-offs, business updates, and senior manager promotions.Worked closely with human resource directors to create a career development micro-site for financial representatives. Developed talking points and FAQs for managers to use during a reduction in force.
