At Lawson Delaney, I created the Pathways to Partnership Mentoring Program where very senior people in my network are mentoring future leaders in my network out of goodwill. No money is transferred between anyone, just great mentorship for people who value it and a chance for the mentors to give back to the industry that has provided them so much opportunity. I previously worked with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, where I helped small to medium sized businesses in Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia connect talent with opportunity at scale. Prior to joining LinkedIn, I worked with Ambition, a recruitment agency in Melbourne, concentrating on Financial Services. Before this, I worked with an online recruitment job board group, SaonGroup, personally working in Ireland, Dubai, India, and China. During a two year period with SaonGroup, I was promoted from Rookie, to Senior Account Manager, to General Manager, to Regional Managing Director managing 70 staff.I hold a Masters in Business Management from DCU, a Higher Diploma Post Grad in Economics and Finance from National University of Ireland, Maynooth, and a B.A. Degree in Economics, Statistics and Philosophy from UCD.I love football, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, tennis, rugby, astrophysics, travelling, making as much of a positive difference as I can wherever I go, and of course, my family.
