My main focus as Managing Director at Software Support Systems is decision making, innovation and problem solving. My technical role includes systems audits, systems analysis, hardware integration and providing an off the shelf or bespoke solution.I have a passion for coding, software and computer hardware including server technology and cloud computing. I'm interested in customer relationship management (CRM) software where I can recommend using Maximizer or Microsoft dynamics to provide a solution. I gain a sense of achievement when a problem for the end user is turned in to a solution.I'm also heavily involved in mentoring a 'CoderDojo' coding class in Naas and Blessington. This is a fantastic way to share my knowledge with a new breed of IT specialists!
