Take strategic ownership of HR strategic projects, reviewing priorities and translating them into a roadmap with actionable and measurable plan for implementation.b. Drive HR Transformation delivery including scope, size, and execution of change initiatives end-to-end to quality, time, and budget.c. Oversee programme management, ensuring adherence to required change standards, and appropriate rhythm and mechanisms are in place.d. Lead a team of change resources – promoting values such as inclusion, collaboration, ownership, learning agility, and delivery excellence – fostering positive engagement and ways of working.e. Liaise with group and global teams to ensure deployment plans align, dependencies are understood and managed, and readiness activities are managed well.f. Redesign main HR Processes and deploy process integration across 12 Countries.2. Culture:a. Take strategic ownership of Onboarding and Offboarding processes across 12 Countries.b. Drive Values cascade down programme delivery.c. Oversee all People Experience and Employee Engagement Initiatives.d. Lead a team of People Experience and Employee Engagement resources.e. Think, design and deploy Employee Value Proposition globally.3. D&Ia. Design D&I global strategy including trends and market benchmark analysis.b. Manage and oversee all D&I Initiatives across 12 Countries.c. Lead a team of D&I focused resources.d. Liaise with group and global teams to address RFPs requirements and local certifications.
