I am an Army and Corporate veteran with 38 years of experience. I'm a skilled strategist in Digital Transformation, ERP implementation, Supply Chain Management, Cyber Security, Training and Productive Operational Execution including Organizational Change Management (OCM) across industry verticals & technology domain including 20 yrs in leadership roles. Backed by multiple Masters & Doctoral degrees/certifications coupled with my expertise in tools like PROSCI & technology platforms like SAP, I have added value to success of Digital Transformation visions of CXOs across industries.Articles written by me have been awarded & published in various journals. I have also been on panels on national TV (News and We The People). Featured in the magazines like “Corporate Citizen” & "Force E-Zine" as a role model for retiring defence personnel. I was awarded by Chief and Vice Chief of Army for meritorious service in the field of Digital Transformation and adjudged Best Officer in Supply Chain domain. During the first decade of my career I excelled in digital transformation in supply chain functions. I led system study for entire supply chain and inventory management & completed SDLC on JAVA & Weblogic with Oracle Database, post Go Live maintenance & contract management. Pioneered digital inventory, online audit & creation of web-based dashboard for senior management.In the next decades I focused on large programs built around emerging technologies and ERP domain. I was Program Director of SAP implementation in MoD across 4 LOBs pan India at 600 plus locations incl DC/DR, LAN & WAN, security overlays (GRC/SIEM) & BW dashboards and successfully implemented the light house project.During my corporate career I led largest pursuits as Director Enterprise Technology in a Big 4 company. I created a structured methodology of pursuit management including central repository of submission documents & was global referral point for pursuits. I successfully delivered multiple SAP ECC, S4, EWM and SRM implementations globally. I led track for joint GTM campaigns in select industries & created innovative Assets for Digital Supply Chain to help clients in their S4 journey.I freelanced providing mentoring/advisory services to clients across industry & SIs in large projects, business/mgt consulting & OCM. I have also successfully delivered multiple training and OCM sessions.Currently I lead a cyber technology company as CEO endeavoring to create a cyber secured environment. I am also advising / mentoring industry clients like NCRTC and NISG on Technology and Business Projects.
