Successfully managed a work force of 20 officers, 50 junior officers (supervisory level) and 800 soldiers their equipment, related material and vehicles in extremely adverse and difficult weather conditions of the SIACHEN GLACIER (also known as the Highest Battlefield in the world).Six years of experience as Administrative Commandant (Chief executive officer responsible for administration) in two separate military stations/Cantonments.
