“Haiti on 12 Jan 2010 had a major earthquake where 2.5 million lives were lost. I was stationed there as Deputy Chief of logistics Support and in this critical hour the UN mission lost 102 lives including the top hierarchy. I was entrusted the task of not only resurrecting the Msn in this hour of adversity but also to rebuild UN est and help the country in relief, rescue and rehab. An effort which was appreciated by the global community.” Supervised, organised and executed immediate rescue and relief ops along with coordination of evacuation and mortuary processes across two country bases of Dominican Republic and USA. Presented UNGA budget of $900 million to ACABQ on a project based ERP with well calibrated timelines.
