The goal of our Fellowship program is to strengthen the field of negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution by increasing the diversity of practitioners. We recognize that the most marginalized groups in society — including people of color, women, trans and gender nonconforming/nonbinary people, people from poor and working-class backgrounds, and people with children or other dependents — may face challenging barriers to entry into the field.
