Manage IT Operations, servers, security and network infrastructure. Manage Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery. Implement security protocols to encrypt images and sensitive data including the NCQA Standards and metrics.

Develop contracting tools and databases, generating reports and utilization analysis. Hospital Contracting tool for contract negotiation.

Bring support to all department evaluating requests and/or manual process to see the opportunities of improvement or automation, design and develop web and desktop solutions.

Evaluate and design process to improve the operations and business at Network Operations and Contracting Department. Generate dashboard and rules to evaluate a network movements and see the adequacy or utilization. Develop a monitoring tool to minimize and prevent errors in contract or related area that affect the patient or payment to provider. Give direct support to Claims, Contracting and Network Management operations to increase the productivity and reduce que turn around time between departments.
