When a group of technical engineers, business executives and technical software marketers get together to develop and release a cutting edge software product, it is not uncommon for total chaos to follow. This is especially true when the stakes are sky high, the investment is big, a company's future and people's careers are all on the line. In situations like this it is easy for some to forget that the only thing that ever really mattered is the people, and how the team is getting along. There must be an environment of respect for all members. The team needs to communicate. The team needs to be challenged, motivated, and operating as one coherent unit. If the team is united there is nothing they cannot accomplish. My passion is bringing together teams where every member can really shine.
