I help them with troubleshooting problems which can range from basic issues such as a monitor not working properly to more complicated things such as a specific software not performing properly. I also am responsible for documenting the issues for future reference. I work on both hardware problems and software problems and build machines from scratch as well as utilizing imaging software to streamline the experience for the customer when/if their computer needs replaced.
