About Keith Wilson

After 7 years of federal service as a leader in the People Operations space, I have joined U.S. Digital Response as their Talent Engagement Manager for Digital Delivery. USDR is a nonprofit that helps governments, nonprofits, and public entities respond quickly to critical public needs. I will be focused on enabling governments to hire and retain digital talent.This work will leverage my expertise in talent acquisition, learning and development, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, retention, onboarding/offboarding, and in supporting DEIAB initiatives.
