• Oversee multiple TTS talent-related products and programs, including Performance Management, onboarding, offboarding, talent data, internal hiring actions, team processes/work systems, training, and the employee.
• Developed comprehensive onboarding and offboarding checklists that allow employees to self-manage as they go through those processes; onboarded over 100 team members and offboarded over 150 team members
• Built automation and efficiency improving features into our Talent data systems utilizing query, if, find, match, importrange, and vlookup functions
• Product owner for the TTS employee handbook website; managed the Github pull request repository, developed content, and analyzed Google Analytics data to inform updates to the UI
• Built a relationship with the Government Digital Service (United Kingdom) and Canadian Digital Service; advised the Canadian Digital Service on their onboarding program

Created an original digital illustration for the 6th edition and designed the book cover layout for both editions. The book is used as a training tool by doctors, nurses, and birthing specialists worldwide and has been translated and reprinted by publishers in South Korea and China who utilized the cover art.

Moved back to Austin, TX to be closer to family and be a more engaged uncle. I utilized this time for creative pursuits including finally learning how to play a musical instrument (guitar). After weathering a federal government hiring freeze, I joined 18F (now part of TTS) in September 2016.
