Artreach Coordinator
ArtReach is a program that LPPAC provides to PA Cyber students. High-quality K-12 arts classes (visual arts, performing arts, etc.) are provided at PA Cyber regional offices around the state of Pennsylvania as well as virtually. The aim of these classes is to enrich students' creative knowledge and skills, as well as to provide students with an opportunity to socialize and express themselves in a safe, respectful environment.Additional Responsibilities as ArtReach Coordinator include:- Hiring, training, & observing Teaching Artists -- Assuring they are taking attendance, creating high-quality lesson plans, etc.- Creating a budget based on student enrollment & assuring all sites have needed supplies & equipment- Maintaining a positive relationship with Teaching Artists, PA Cyber Site Representatives & Supervisors, LPPAC Administrators, as well as students & families through emails, phone calls, video calls, meetings, etc. -- Communicating openly to develop classes tailored to Teaching Artists' strengths, but that are also interesting & beneficial to students to sustain & grow the ArtReach program

- Graphic Designer: Create marketing materials for workshops, assist director with communication to teaching artists, site representatives, as well as students & families (emails & bi-monthly newsletter) - Curriculum Developer: Work with administration team to create & edit quality art programs & help guide instructors on teaching them.
