(Challenges in the areas of mechanics, electronics and software).· Responsible for ensuring Software Engineering practices and techniques such as: TDD (Test Driven Development), DevOps (Continuous Integration e Continuous Delivery) e Test A/B.· Acting in the business architecture, technology architecture and application architecture (Application modeling and data structure) of the Zeus collaborative platform. · Development of suppliers in Brazil, China and USA. · Creation industrial unit used for the production of weather station with initial capability 3.500 units per year. · Responsible for structuring and automating software engineering process for development of the Agentto Project which is an application focused on personal safety using mobile devices. During the execution of the process were spent 120.000 working hours and 40 professionals were involved.· Participation and support in the creation and structuring of the backlog project.· Responsible for defining and implementing DevOps practices (Continuous Integration e Continuous Delivery)· Effective participation and support in attracting investments of R$ 5 million raised through FINEP for the execution for the project.· Responsible for structuring the support and operation team to manage the cloud solution on a 24x7 bases, capable of supporting thousands of users. · Direct participation in the negotiation of the first operational agreement for the use of the Agentto Project by the Military Police. · Responsible for coordinating the development of new products of legal and software engineering areas (ALM - Application Lifecycle Management). · Responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring all activities in the projects.· Experience in using techniques to identify and mitigate technical and managerial risks to increase and predictability in project execution. · Responsible for adapting the software engineering process (IBM RUP) according to the products needs and project vision.· Creation of production met for the development of software factory concept in order to reduce the cost of software development.

· Coordination of teams in the development and implementation of custom-made software for several companies such as: Rodobens, USP, ANP – Agência Nacional de Petróleo, TecBan, Ache Laboratórios, Fleury Medicina Diagnóstica, Votorantim Industrial, Banco Votorantim, Amil, among others.· Responsible for the support and maintenance time for the products developed by the company.
