My name is Colson Combs and I'm from Fayetteville, Georgia. I currently am a junior at The Citadel Military College of South Carolina majoring in Cyber Operations and have received the prestigious opportunity of the CYSP DoD Cyber Scholarship and have been selected to work at the Naval Information Warfare Center in Charleston, South Carolina.My career at The Citadel has been nothing short than an informative and development experience with starting out in Charlie Co. in 2022-2023 and then transferring my skills to Alpha Co. as a Cadre Corporal and then Team Leader after being the only cadet in my company to maintain that rank after the first semester. As of August 2024, I received the rank of Academic NCO in which I am responsible for maintaining and tracking Alpha Company's sophomores and juniors grades.As of the future, my current track is receive my bachelors degree from The Citadel and obtain my masters from another college with three years of service to the Naval Information Warfare Center underneath the Department of Defense. I also have sights aimed for the US Air Force with ambitions to become an officer in the Reserves or Guard.
