Achieving optimal levels of personal performance and developing new strategies, I was promoted to the Processing & Compliance Manager. Integral in instituting & exceling in defining new ways to increase productivity, eliminating tasks of redundancy within our technology, all while effectively supporting and managing day-to-day operations of an entire office. Working alongside our Underwriting Manager and reporting directly to the owner where we consistently prepared appropriate business recommendations. In 2018, I was further promoted to be the Secondary Marketing Manager and was integral in implementing a web-based pricing and hedging platform that allowed Ladera Lending to expand their potential. Today, this platform allows Ladera Lending to manage a multi-Billion a year pipeline of loans being sold off to investors in the secondary market. • Analyze and advise on current market conditions to maximize profits. • Analyze current intraday Positional Summary reports and advise on making trades in the TBA market to maintain a flat Positional Sensitivity profile. • Analyze and audit quarterly Pull Through reports to maintain and validate risk tolerance levels. • Follow Economic Data/Events and counsel on potential market volatility. • Counsel on where loans should be sold for best execution among aggregators. • Adhere to all federal and state compliance guidelines relative to retail mortgage lending. • Suggest budgetary changes to increase company profits.
