I am a proactive, entrepreneurial-minded investor who grows start-ups, and financially optimizes fast-growing or the steady, consistent businesses. I am a developing expert in operations management, seasoned in mergers and acquisitions, creative in using big data, and weathered in predicting and projecting growth. In addition to driving business growth domestically, I have implemented successful financial and strategic initiatives in over a dozen countries world-wide from Asia to Australia to Europe. Throughout my career, I have quickly assumed leadership positions in sales and marketing organizations, agriculture services, real estate holdings companies and in private equity firms. These experiences and the opportunities to work with developing management teams has allowed me to move to board of directors positions within these organizations which I have either started from scratch, invested in or merged with existing assets. I am a believer that the deal of a lifetime comes around but once a week. It’s not about having enough opportunities but about selecting the right ones. The adventure is a game and the game is an adventure! When I’m not working, I enjoy flying, rock climbing, hiking, biking and camping.
