I have over 12 years of training experience in Chemical Manufacturing, Retail Management, Sales and Service, and Volunteer Missionary Service. I had the opportunity to lead and train missionaries in Chile while serving as a full time volunteer missionary. I received an award for Living Our Values from Home Depot while serving in the role of Merchandising Manager. I have been recognized by my managers and peers as the best trainer at the TKI Elko plant.I help employees learn detailed plant operations through meticulous in the field training. I ensure execution of projects by planning and facilitating collaborative work performed by the maintenance department, operations department, and contractors. I work to create a safety-first mindset by instructing employees in safety meetings through interesting PowerPoint presentations and facilitated group discussion about real life application. I manage plant safety, production, and cleanliness through accurate inspections. I facilitated safe equipment operations at The Home Depot by creating a safety-first mentality during training as the Elko store's equipment trainer. I planned and executed large projects, inventory, and events by collaborating with teams and sales representatives of our brands. I diffused highly stressful situations by listening to customers to solve their problems creating lasting relationships with customers and employees who had confidence in my abilities to serve them.I built long lasting relationships with customers while serving them at Les Schwab Tire Centers. I meticulously maintained and inspected customer vehicles ensuring their safety while operating the vehicle. I led tire maintenance and inspections as a crew lead. Trained new employees on procedures and techniques to lead to their success with the company.I served as a volunteer missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Chile for two years. I studied and practiced the Spanish language until I became fluent. I built life-long relationships with the people I served and the missionaries I served beside. I was asked to serve in various leadership roles during my service which allowed me to learn how to become a servant leader striving for the success of the people that I was serving. During this time I learned my passion for servant leadership, teaching, and training people.
