Worked my way up from entry level to a level 3 employee. I was in charge of directing and leading crews for setting up, taking down, and working events. I would receive work orders daily and coordinate the loading of trucks with the equipment and items needed for each event, and then would drive to location of events and drop off or fully set up equipment. This job incorporated team work, problem solving, physical labor, and communication skills at all times. I worked directly with my own and other department leaders to ensure that the events were set up correctly. I was a very respected employee and was given more responsibility throughout my time working with the company.
