-Manage the implementation projects for new security software.-Oversee the implementation of changes made to existing software stack products, in order to remain security compliant. -Monitor security alerts (either for vulnerabilities or personal behavior) and ensure the risk has been resolved or mitigated-Assist with projects involving SAML, Azure auth, and Duo authentication.-Migrate Box Cloud to Sharepoint/OneDrive, and continue the ownership of the new platform for internal use.-Coordinate with external security companies to monitor our vulnerabilities, ensure compliance, and prepare for periodic security audits. -Process the information required to complete security audits.

-Assist with server administration (linux and windows) for both internal and client servers, sandbox through live: -Sftp/SSH user administration -Gather and analyze logs -Install or remove services -Prep new servers when the need arises -Troubleshoot issues -Install updates during scheduled downtime-Provide Help Desk support to ~140 employees, as well as office equipment-Handle purchasing for new workstations, laptops, employee equipment and office equipment for ~120 internal employees, deploy said devices once purchased.-Administrate Exchange, Avaya phone systems, Slack, Office365, SentinelOne AntiVirus, On-prem AD, Box Cloud Storage and other essential internal systems.

-Receive tickets from clients related to: Bugs, misunderstandings, outages, feature requests, data incongruities, accidental data creation/deletion, etc-Investigate the cause of the issue, or obtain more information from client in regards to the issue they are having. After determining the issue, either resolve it myself and test with the client, or determine which of 5 main teams I need to work with until the issue is resolved, and both the client and I have confirmed resolution.-Leverage tools such as SSH, SQL queries, internal logs, or API hit details/errors to determine where in our product stack the issue lies.-Work as a translator to help explain client issues to developers, as well as explain technical issues to clients. -Test all critical client systems at the conclusion of a monthly server maintenance downtime to ensure no issues were created during updates or base code changes. -Manage small to medium projects for new feature requests, front end site changes, or creation of new reporting tools for Clients.
