About Colton Evans

I enjoy learning and teaching agile methodologies. I started in Scrum, but I'm starting to branch out to other methodologies including kanban and lean. I believe there needs to be a greater emphasis on the coaching aspect of being a scrum master (as opposed to the Project Management/rules/framework side). The team is only as good as it's members, so the most value lies in improving them.
