401k Plan Administration Benefits specialist: Consists of analyzing and reconciling data to assure a timely and accurate wire to our record-keepers, which updates 5,000 US active participant accounts. Yearly compliance testing for 401k plans.Review and resolve all funding issues by determining impacted population as working with record-keepers to apply required Market Value Adjustments (MVA). Includes weekly funding reconciliation for the Defined 401k Benefits/safe harbor plans. Collaborate with the Manager of compensation, Benefits/Compensation team and IT on annual plan enrollment. This also includes reviewing/updating plan enrollment documents, improving the enrollment process each year as needed, testing, as well as auditing and implementing enrollment elections.Support Defined Contribution group with special projects such as: amalgamations, acquisitions, 401k asset transfers, labor investigations and vendor changes.Experience in LTD, medical, insurance, STD, open enrollment etc.
