After a successful career as a Franchise Manager, I was promoted to manage the development and growth of the company in the state of Indiana, Kentucky, and part of Ohio. I was responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring all franchise managers for my division as well as through out the Midwest Division. I trained and lead 10-22 managers each year by developing their skills through continued calls, in person mentorship and business consultation.
