Over my years of working, I have taken on many roles, from a Legal Assistant to Fleet Manager and now a Project Manager. In every position I have grown my leadership skills, through understanding the needs of my employees and making it my priority to individualize each person and not lump there situations together. As well as taking leadership courses while I was in the Military. I improved my customer service skills by taking on more tasks that allowed me to be confronted with tough situations and overcoming them to benefit the company and the customer. I am a driven individual who loves to learn and continue to grow. I am currently working to improve my computer prowess by taking COMPTIA exams and learning how to better integrate technology into everyday life.
