Contributed to special events and fundraiser banquetTeam Leader: Lead 15 other young life leaders by helping assist, encouraging, and manage. Built a work schedule. Organized weekly meetings of 100 plus, high school kids.

I worked as a crane rigger and crew lead in Palm Springs, CA building wind turbines. I received shipment of parts, assembled the wind turbines, used problem solving skills, and used good communication skills with the customer and coworkers. I learned hard work through 60 hour weeks and pressed scheduling.

I interned was a food service cook at a Young life Camp that served over 500 people a day. I managed 10 other college students and 15 high school students. I learned how to be a better communicator and effective motivator. I was in charge of all baked goods for the meals.

I worked for a framing company doing manual labor and carpentry work. I learned the importance of excellence through high-pressure experiences. I was responsible for doing all the tasks needed on the physical aspect of the job site.

I worked as a maintenance and logistics assistant for Barnhart Crane & Rigging, Wind Division. I was responsible for shop maintenance, property and equipment inspection, and crane operator assistant. I learned to interact with truckers and customers, as well as operating a warehouse.
