Once the development process was complete, I provided trainings to the client's team in the efficient use of these new web platforms.Development of a proprietary crisis simulation platform using WordPress:I developed a proprietary crisis simulation platform for Agnes + Day, which simulated everything from social media to blogs, news sites and the search engines. This tool was used to put Agnes + Day's clients through real-time and highly realistic crisis simulations, allowing them to test their crisis plan and develop crisis management skills. I was also responsible for conducting these simulations onsite for clients.Online reputation management (ORM):Whether it was pre-, during or post-crisis, I provided Agnes + Day's clients with online reputation management in order to help them sustain any negative press that may have ranked well in the search engines and had a lasting negative impact on the client's reputation. This process included conducting an online vulnerability audit, developing a comprehensive ORM strategy and helping the client implement each element of the strategy over time.
