I have demonstrated my Cyber security capabilities through various projects, such as developing a Python-based web application with secure authentication, coding a HTML-based phishing website, and conducting a network security audit and a digital forensics analysis.I am also passionate about providing excellent customer service, as I have been working as a Great Service Representative at MISSION BBQ for over a year. In this role, I greet and serve customers, handle orders and payments, and ensure quality and satisfaction. I have received multiple positive feedbacks and recognitions for my friendly, attentive, and professional service. Previously, I worked as an IT Service Delivery Intern at Serco, where I supported the IT infrastructure and operations for a federal client, such as troubleshooting issues, updating software, and maintaining documentation.
