Created Shewhart charts from scratch in Power BI for statistical process control reporting. Using Power Automate and Paginated Report Builder, able to create alerts on processes that become out of control. This is used for test lab data on multiple mechanical properties of manufactured samples. Plethora of reports created in Power BI, and additional graphs created with Python and R to view data for efficient analysis and reporting. Using Windows task scheduler and Bash scripts, created new Excel spreadsheets with data from Oracle database to view and archive test lab material and price data. Performed statistical tests to determine if material has more defects forged in house or forged elsewhere.

I tutored math courses ranging from college algebra to calculus 2, and I tutored statistics courses like engineering statistics and intro to statistics. At NASA Langley, I worked remotely for the Game Changing Development (GCD) team with other interns. We were called the model based program management group that worked to automate some of their program management processes. GCD manages over 80 projects, and they receive unformatted PowerPoints for monthly project reports. Reading all of these PowerPoints and then turning that into something Headquarters can use is tedious, so we set out to improve the efficiency of the system. We documented the flow of data from a project as it comes from the project itself, to GCD, and then to HQ, and noticed places of improvement. I personally created a data pipeline using Python that was able to take the financial data every month and create dynamic dash boards using Microsoft PowerBI and then put that data into Microsoft SharePoint. We ran out of time to implement our machine learning solution to automatically create HQ documents from the project PowerPoints.

Recreated a legacy mobile app (”Muse” by Socos) used in meta learning research for children and parents. We used the flutter framework, Google Firebase, and the Google Cloud Platform to accomplish this. Also, using Google Cloud Platform and Google AppsScripts, I created a survey system with Google Forms related to media consumption research. Finally, I helped create a data pipeline in Python to collect answers for research purposes from our mobile app and surveys from Google Forms.
