As Manager of Corporate Planning, I lead OPPD’s long-range energy portfolio planning, including evaluation of resource adequacy, energy assurance and deep collaboration with power system modelers. In this role, my team monitors and evaluates opportunities for OPPD to adapt to a changing electric grid, including opportunities for new and emerging technologies.Responsibilities include integrated system planning, long-range financial planning, load forecasting, and resource planning. I also represent OPPD as a voting member of SPP’s Supply Adequacy Working Group.

I currently lead a cross-disciplinary team to develop pathways for OPPD’s energy portfolio to achieve Net-Zero Carbon emissions while preserving resource adequacy, reliability, and affordability. This includes a broad review of multi-sector impacts across regional energy end uses and development of long-term opportunities for OPPD to support the broader community.

As OPPD’s Manager of Pricing and Corporate Planning I led a highly specialized and talented team to provide corporate financial planning, load forecasting, resource planning, rates and pricing, quantitative analysis, and decision analysis support.This included design of unique new electricity rates for renewable energy, revisions to OPPD’s rate manual and cost of service, data visualization and analysis of rate impacts on customers, and educational presentations to OPPD’s executive team and board of directives on rates.

Fully responsible for OPPD’s resource planning efforts as OPPD’s sole resource planner. I led computational modeling, multi-objective optimization, risk analysis, and financial decision analysis to develop both near-term operational plans and long-range electric utility resource plans including OPPD's 2016 Integrated Resource Plan.Led environmental regulatory policy analysis, analysis of regional power market dynamics, energy efficiency and demand-side management opportunities, and pro-forma financial analysis for Purchased Power Agreement (PPA) opportunities.Conducted techno-economic modeling using: PROMOD, Strategist, Aurora, VBA, Crystal Ball, and custom developed R programs

Responsible for the conceptual development, technical energy analysis, and engineering design of building mechanical systems for large complex facilities within the datacenter, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biosciences markets.

Pegasus-Global® is a global management consulting firm focusing on infrastructure, power, and oil & gas projects. In this role, I conducted analyses of project and program management practices in the construction of state-of-the-art and first-of-a-kind power plants to support testimony in preparation for utility rate cases.

Independently traveled across rural India to develop basic water infrastructure including the implementation of biosand water filtration systems. This project was with the personal support of Laura W. Bush and was recognized by UNESCO at the United Nations building in New York.
