• Promote and secure orders from existing and prospective customers and freight management companies. Provide pricing and negotiate options to close the sale. • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with customers. Manage the resolution of customer complaints and issues.• Manage the Owner Operator division, including schedule, availability, compensation negotiations, and employee relations.• Consistently evaluate opportunities on load boards, including Landstar, Ryder, Sylectus, and others. Price and bid on head hauls and back hauls for a fleet of 170 vehicles. Work closely with brokers handling load tenders, carrier packets, and load information.• Post loads on brokerage board, negotiate prices and award shipments to the best carrier depending on timing, price, and reliability.

• Coordinate schedule by setting up drivers on appointments.
