As the Club Director, my job is to manage our travel & local teams, camps & clinics, facilities, apparel, equipment and everything else that falls under the Bend division. Programming, staffing, customer service and registrations take place on the back end, along with teaching the game of volleyball at the highest possible level to all of our club's athletes. Skill acquisition, system implementation and winning at the local, regional and national level is the primary focus of the season, all while ensuring that my players is on track to play collegiately. In addition to coaching indoor, I run the Beach Volleyball division of NPJ, overseeing the direction and execution of our very successful club-wide program.

Portland, Oregon Area

As the Head Coach of the Women's Volleyball program, I recruited a team of dedicated student-athletes and elite assistant coaches to take this program to new heights. Volleyball duties include daily practice planning and execution, strength & conditioning, gameday prep and management as well the recruiting of future athletes. Managerial tasks include maintaining the budget, our competition & travel schedule while working with the other academic departments to ensure our team is on track to graduate. It was privilege to be a part of MU's tight knit community who supports our athletic department 100%.

Portland, Oregon Area

Green Dream Bus was an innovative outdoor lifestyle shuttle experience that ran from downtown Portland to Mt. Hood and beyond between 2019 and 2020. The GDB was conceptualized in 2018 and launched that December, and I had worked with Founder/CEO Omar Akahloun day and night to create the logo and all of the company's branding, website and social media content. With sponsors such as Next Adventure, TREW Outerwear, Kind Bar, ReRack and others on board, and spectacular feedback from our growing customer base, the possibilities seemed endless. Unfortunately, the business wasn't sustainable during lockdown and the Green Dream Bus was sent out to pasture.

Newport Beach, Ca

Balboa Bay is the nation's top boy's volleyball club, and I was fortunate to have been the Marketing Director and Head Coach. I oversaw the design and copy of our website, balboabayvbc.com, our social media outlets, print material as well as on and off court apparel. I was responsible for a rebrand in 2016 and designed logos and gear that players, coaches, parents and fans proudly wear everyday. As a coach, I taught the philosophies I learned at George Mason University, USA Volleyball and Gold Medal Squared to make our teams as competitive and skilled as possible. In July of 2018, my 17-2s won GOLD in 17USA at the Junior National Championships, and prior to that, I was the Assistant Coach on back-to-back National Championship winning teams, 18s in 2017 and 17s in 2016. Balboa is family and I couldn't speak highly enough about my time there.

I wore many hats at Tstreet, including Graphic Designer, Webmaster, Head Indoor Coach, Assistant Beach Coach & Summer Camp Coach. The prestigious Tstreet Volleyball Club, Founded by Troy Tanner (Olympic gold medal winning player & coach), was recently ranked #1 in Orange County, #4 in California and #7 in the nation. I help with the graphic design and marketing of apparel, promotional materials, social media and additional website content. In July of 2015, I Head Coached our 17-1s team to a Gold in the USA Division of the USA Volleyball Junior National Championships, and the first Gold in Tstreet's history. Tstreet will be my forever family and it was an honor to coach for Troy & Co.

QuickPack First Aid is the passion project of former ER Nurse Debbie Mason. We have created a portable first aid pouch that not only contains essential supplies but also can fit in any sized pack. As the Creative Director, I managed the website and developed all branding and promotional materials.

Sterling, Va

Prior to moving to California, I worked as an Assistant Manager at the Virginia Volleyball Center, home of the Northern Virginia Volleyball Association. The gym houses a junior's club, strength and conditioning training and adult leagues and competitions. Maintaining the 7 court facility, along with classrooms, weight room, the NVVA store and our complex schedule are all daily tasks, while providing the best possible customer service. The Virginia Volleyball Center is the ideal location for elite volleyball athletes in the DC Metro area.

Along with maintaining a pristine, organized and attractive sales floor, I have specific technical and mechanical knowledge of skiing and snowboarding, from the different equipment uses to maintenance and safety practices. I was the top salesman in the Hard Goods Department during the 2010-2011 season, our most successful year to date. I loved working at Willi's Fairfax, which as of October 2013 has since been bought by the family-run Alpine Ski Shop.

I worked with clients in our South East region to implement personalized and powerful marketing strategies through several different mediums. I frequently prepared marketing reports and analyzed different types of data to understand what strategies work for different markets. Our success is only based off of the performance of our clients, and it is our job to recommend and follow through on advanced targeted marketing to ensure our clients have traffic in store, over the phone and online each and every day.

As a Client Rep for ROCS, I sought out new business and worked with companies to find entry level job openings within their organization. From there I reviewed applications, interviewed candidates and sent the top applicants to the client. I was very fortunate to have learned from entrepreneurs who developed ROCS from a dorm room startup to an INC 500 company.

While working for the Ticket Office, I marketed and promoted Mason Athletics, called season ticket holders and processed transactions. As a member of the event staff, I was responsible for setting up and tearing down for various sporting events, as well as keeping statistics accurately and operating scoreboards.
