As a Member Service Supervisor I was responsible for maintaining the podium, which is where the cashiers go for change. I had to ensure that at all times that adequate bills and coins were available for the cashiers as needed, and that the cash was secure. I was also responsible for ensuring all of the front end associates receive their breaks and lunches as required.
