My wife and i started a Mini-Pig rescue. We rescue, rehome, socialize, and take care of Mini-pigs in which the public has been deceived by false advertising and breeders. An unfortunate fad that has left animals homeless, left to the streets, thrown to the wild, and put in terrible situations. We have weekend visits and open to the public a few times a year. We have groups visit us and learn about the pigs as well as help with small tasks around the rescue. Our missions is to ensure the safety of animals who have been taken in given a home and treated like pets to receive the same treatment any ordinary pet would receive from a loving home. We are a full 501c3 non-profit organization and work with the counties around us as well as any local cases to help find assistance, homes, and how to take care of their pet pigs.

I work for various companies through my position as a network engineer. While encompassing a wide variety of support ranging from System Administration, Routers, Networking, and Wireless. I am familiar with HIPAA compliance and other compliances such as PCI. I maintain best business practices, increase productivity, stability, uptime, scalability, profitability and top notch security for each business I have become a part of. These businesses range from small business to medium and large with gross profits in the millions.While dealing with production I have also saved companies revenue through backup solutions, future planning, keeping ahead of the current technology, as well as planning out their upgrades, updates, security (hardware and software) implementations, and infrastructure changes. Not only encompassing general needs I have done my own fair share of migrations ranging from Windows environments, to mail migrations to office 365, as well as google apps and SQL servers. Other notable items I have worked on encompass digital to analogue phone systems, cabling (Ethernet), infrastructure design/implementation, as well as executing projects in various IT departments whether it be operating system, software, wireless, or working with vendors as onsite support.

I joined a previous chef i had worked with from the industry. I overlook personnel (smallnumbers generally a staff of 5), keep inventory of food (stock), maintain workers hours,cook, maintain each site's stock, and hold pars for business. This job is an event basedin which may only occur a few times a year for festivals such as Wanee, Hangout, Peach,and Deluna where musicians gather and people over numbers of 100,000 arrive for.

After obtaining my A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications from CompTIA. I opened aconsulting business from home to supply clients with their everyday computing needs. Ihave been contracted to setup Point of Sale systems to track sales as well as modify partsof the systems to the companies needs. This could be anything from repairing,troubleshooting, configurations, and adding on new equipment. I also proactively teach theusers and setup guides through screen shots as well as other visual aids as reminders. Forpersonal computers i range anything from cleaning off "dirty" systems and setting up thesystem for automated scanning as well as updates and backups. I have knowledge of systemsXp, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS, Linux, and Windows Server 2008.

This was a new restaurant that opened up from the employer i had been with for the previous 8 years. Beachwalk reopened at Henderson Beach in 2009 which i helped open and worked the line cooking as well as helped get their computers up, linked, and buying extra hardware needed. I did troubleshooting if the POS (Point of Sale) ever had any issues and did calls for the great event center our off site location. After selling Beachwalk in 2010 i moved with the owner to Cuvee Bistro where i continued my same operation of cooking and helping with their computer needs. I setup their systems, assisted with upgrades, worked with projectors and linking computers, as well as general everyday needs. I left due to family issues and to go back to school to gain certifications as well as finish another degree. I've already obtained my IT management with honors and am currently on the deans list.

I worked from the bottom up, helped open up new restaurants, and worked at the off site event center. I helped maintain and replaced hardware for the POS system. Squirrel was based off linux but used windows as the underlying OS, which i did modifications, and creating menu items. I also did terminal work and making sure cables and other items were all in check. I worked on their hub, router, and printers to assure they could properly print, share, and backup files through the network. I did upgrades, repair, and other numerous operations as well as consulting for new hardware buys. The company closed due to the economy.
